At COMFORT Solutions, Inc. customer satisfaction starts with proper design and installation. Before, during and after the installation, Comfort Solutions personnel will provide sales, application, installation and technical assistance for our HVAC contractor customers of HVAC Zoning, IAQ products, computerized electronic temperature management systems or digital thermostats. Our knowledgeable staff provides information and support for our HVAC contractor customers to ensure that they and their customers are satisfied with the products we sell.
TRAINING
We strongly urge every customer to let us provide a training session prior to purchasing their first zone system. To schedule a technical training session, just call our office. We will arrange a convenient time for your service technicians to come to our office where we have interactive training available.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
If technical assistance is ever required, we are available via cell phone seven days a week and after normal business hours on week days. There is virtually no time when technical assistance is not available from Comfort Solutions. The best time to call for assistance is while on the job site. In most cases, we can answer questions and help diagnose and solve problems over the phone. In unusual situations, we will meet at the job site for a hands-on evaluation.
